The Institute is under Bhaskar Pandurang Hivale Education Society.  The Bhaskar Pandurang Hivale Education Society was registered under Society’s Act XXI of 1860 on 14’th April 1969.
The Society has a Christian Minority Status. The Governing Body of the Society is the Governing Council (Board of Trustees), which is assisted by Executive Committee. The Executive Committee ensures that the policies of the Society and various resolutions passed by the Society are implemented.  The duties, functions of various officers of the Executive Committee are elaborated in the Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations.
